The company has set up its 1st 3 Star Hotel in Goa Hotel La Mansion, and will be adding another 30 rooms . Two more properties are under development in Goa.

Future plans include take over of existing hotels at Various strategic locations which will enable the company to build a chain of hotels at a fast pace. In this process the gestation period can be brought down from 2 years to 6 months which will accelerate the profitability and increase the return on investment.

The locations identified to setup hotels are Karwar, Kochi, Kollur Belgaum & Bangalore & Coastal areas in South Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka
